Ramón Calzada is a highly creative and results-driven non-profit management professional with entrepreneurial passion, drive and vision with more than 25 years of experience managing social projects and teaching at educational institutions. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Ramon graduated from Creighton University with a bachelor’s in History and International Relations and a master’s in Social Ethics and Human Development from Universidad Alberto Hurtado in Santiago, Chile. He also received a Certificate in Executive Management and Leadership from the Whitecap Executive Management Academy in Los Angeles,CA. He recently moved back to Omaha working first as Executive Director for St. Vincent de Paul Society and most recently as Executive Director of Centro Latino of Iowa and as member of the Board of Directors of All Care Health Center in Council Bluffs
